Returns & Refunds
Our refund policy spans 30 days from your purchase date. Unfortunately, once 30 days has past, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be available (if applicable)
- An item not in its original condition, or an item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund.
Should your refund be approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.
If your refund has yet to be received, please first check your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds appear on your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide a postal address for your nearest returns office.
